Program Details & Description

This is our premiere functional group fitness class with the feel of 1-on-1 personal environment.


Every class will include:

  • A dynamic warm-up and mobility
  • A focused strength and skill review
  • Followed by the Workout of the Day (AKA WOD)

A certified Strength and Conditioning Coach will guide you through the class every step of the way.  They will be there to personally correct any movements and modify the workout for your ability, and encourage you to do things you never thought were possible.
